The “Quality Living Traun” project involves the construction of three architecturally sophisticated residential buildings, offering approximately 100 new apartments, an underground garage, gastronomy, and office space. Implementation is scheduled to begin in autumn 2025 in two construction phases.
The ambitious planning reflects the high quality standards of the new WAG Roithnerbauten: In addition to creating attractive living spaces, the second phase will include a daycare facility, enhancing the offering for families and contributing to the social infrastructure in the heart of Traun. Restaurants, shops, offices, and service areas complete the concept, creating a high-quality mix of living, working, and leisure.
The project also stands out for its innovative energy system, including a photovoltaic installation and smart hot water solutions. Green areas such as roof gardens and landscaped outdoor spaces invite residents to linger, while a currently busy through-road is set to be transformed into a pedestrian zone.
“Using COOR has proven to be extremely helpful for the economic management of our project. The software enables reliable and detailed cost planning throughout all project phases. This gives us a clear economic overview at all times – both during planning and execution. A practical advantage is that multiple project stakeholders can work in the system simultaneously, which simplifies coordination within the team and significantly reduces processing times. COOR effectively helps us stay on top of things and make well-informed, timely decisions.”
