Task Management

In task management, tasks can be initiated manually or automatically via workflows. For example, you could create a task for construction supervision to review an offer or a task for project assistance to document specific processes. If certain tasks are always required at a specific point in your workflow, they can be pre-configured and generated automatically.

Tasks can include priorities, due dates, categories, checklists, or documents. Each user receives an overview of all tasks assigned to them in the “My Tasks” folder. The current status of all tasks can be monitored using both project-specific and cross-project lists.

  • Automated task creation: Predefined tasks can be automatically generated in the workflow when a specific status is reached. This allows organizational topics to be handled in a standardized manner alongside the approval process while ensuring the current progress is always clear.
  • Predefined checklists: Task categories allow predefined checklists to be created as needed. Mandatory items can also be defined, which must be completed before a task can be marked as finished.
  • Manual tasks: For unexpected topics not covered in the process, tasks can also be created manually.
